Terms
Terms for this site.
This site tells you what Living Brain is planned to be. It does not sell anything. Draft. Legal review pending. Last updated 2026-10-15.
Who runs this site.
This site is run by Factory Zero, the venture behind Living Brain. By using the site you agree to these terms.
The product is in early access.
- It is early. Living Brain is open in early access at app.livingbrain.wiki. Anything this site marks as planned is not available yet.
- Nothing is on sale. The prices on the pricing page are planned. You cannot buy anything here today.
- The examples are examples. Every illustration and every sample company on this site (Kestrel Freight, its people, its numbers) is made up. It is not a working product and not a screenshot.
Using the site.
The site is provided as it is. We may change it, take it down or correct it at any time. Read it, quote it, link to it. Please do not try to break it, overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful. It may be down or change without notice. How we handle the little data the site does hold is on the privacy notice.
Paid plans, when there are any.
When paid plans exist, Polar will be the seller. Polar acts as the Merchant of Record: it takes your payment, handles the checkout, issues the invoice, takes the tax and handles refunds under its own terms. Nothing in this section applies today, because nothing is on sale.
The code.
The open-core code is public on GitHub under the Apache-2.0 licence. That licence, not these terms, says what you may do with the code.
Liability.
This site is free and informational. To the extent the law allows, Factory Zero is not liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit.
Names and content.
The Living Brain name, this site's copy and its images belong to Factory Zero. The open-core code is licensed as above. Other companies' names and logos belong to them; they are used only to say what Living Brain is planned to work with.
If these terms change.
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes too. Continuing to read the site after that means you accept the new terms.
