Privacy
What this site collects, and why.
No cookies, no ads, no tracking. The only data this site sends anywhere is your email, if you join the waitlist. Draft. Legal review pending. Last updated 2026-10-15.
Who is responsible.
This site is run by Factory Zero, the venture behind Living Brain. Factory Zero is the controller of the data described here. This notice covers this website only, not the Living Brain app at app.livingbrain.wiki.
Browsing the site.
- Nothing you type is read by us. The pages are static files. We run no analytics, no advertising, no pixels, no session tracking and no cookies.
- One value in your own browser. If you pick light or dark, that choice is stored as
lb-themein your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. - Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes the request data any web server needs, such as your IP address and user agent, in order to return a page. We add no logging of our own.
Joining the waitlist.
The form on every page signs you up for product updates. Here is what it does.
- One field: your email address. That is all the form collects.
- Why: to write when something ships. We will not sell it, trade it, or use it for advertising.
- Consent. You give it by joining, and you can take it back at any time.
- How long we keep it. Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist. Then we delete it.
- Where it goes. With JavaScript on, the form sends your address, tagged with the product name, to the waitlist service at api.livingbrain.wiki, which runs on Cratefield, a Factory Zero venture (who else touches it). A Cloudflare Turnstile human check runs first (Cloudflare sees your browser for that check, not your address), and the service emails you one link to confirm, sent through Owlpost, another Factory Zero venture. With JavaScript off, your own email app sends it to hello@livingbrain.wiki.
Who else handles it.
The full list of companies and ventures that run or will run parts of Living Brain, with what is live and what is planned, is on Who else touches it. If paid plans ever exist, they are covered by the terms of use.
Your rights.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we stop using your email. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Write to us and we will do it.
If this changes.
When the product exists, this notice will be updated before any new data is collected, and the date above will change. Anything new we collect gets a line here before we collect it.
